Faq's:
1. Do you sell retail?
No. We only sell wholesale to
approved cassiani favors distributors.
2. Do you drop ship?
Yes. We can drop ship your orders
directly to your customers with your company name
on the ups label. ( You must first qualify for credit terms).
3. Do you ship samples?
We do drop ship sample orders
( but we limit you to 1 sample per a customer).
You may purchase samples to ship to your
customers directly.
There is a 12 pc minimum per item.
4. Do you have volume pricing?
We currently have 2 prices .
A) full case prices.
B) broken case prices ( less than
a case ).
5. Do you accept returns of merchandise that has been drop
shipped?
Yes we do. If your customer is
not happy with our product it can be returned within 30
days.
6. How long will it take for my orders to be shipped?
Most order will usually ship within
2 - 4 business days.
(The items must be in stock).
7. I Registered to become a customer but I cannot access the
site?
When you register to become a customer we first must review
and approve your account . Then we will activate your login
and password. This will happen within 24 hours.
8. Do you give discounts off your price list?
Yes if you qualify. If you want more information e-mail

9. How do you handle damages?
We ship ups and once a claim is made replacements will
be shipped out to your customer.
10.Cannot find prices on your website?
Once you register and your account has been approved we
will e-mail you a price list.
11. How do I know when my orders have been shipped?
Once we ship your order you will be e-mailed a UPS tracking
#.
12. Do you have minimums?
We do not have minimum orders.
